Aleksovski, Dusko.
Aleksovski, Dusko (village Topolovic, Kratovo, 1948) – Philologist, professor of French. Elementary school and high school finished in Kratovo, and Faculty of Philosophy (Romanian Philology) in Skopje. He first worked as a French language professor in Kratovo, and then a Master’s degree (1976) and received his PhD at the University of Franz Conte in Paris on the topic “Romain Roland in Yugoslavia”. In Kratovo, he established a Society for Science and Arts and Macedonian Center for Rock Art (1992). Aleksovski, Vasil.
Aleksovski, Vasil (village Drenoveni, Kostur, 1911 – p. He was a member of OKE (1933) and the CPG (1936) and her parliamentary candidate for parliamentary elections (1936). Due to the communist activity, he was arrested (1939), and as a military payer, he participated in the Greek-Italian war (19401941). After the fascist occupation, he prepared radios and advocated the formation of Macedonian partisan units. Alarah (370-410) – King of the Visigothy (394/5-410). After the death of Emperor Teodosius ⅰ (395), devastated Thrace, Helada and Macedonia. At the beginning of theⅴov. Alexander the Great, Expatient Organization
“Alexander the Great”, Expatient Organization (Laurain, New York, USA, 1924 -?) – Organization of the Macedonians settlers, the majority of origin of resen and Lower Prespa. Alexandria
Alexandria – The largest and most important city in Egypt, built by Aleksandar ⅲ Macedonian (331 BCE) at the Delta of Nile after the conquest of Egypt to perpetuate its glory. The boundaries of the city determined according to the Macedonian custom, “drew” with a barley flour in the form of a male cloak (Chlamida) that carried the Macedonians on the journey. Alexandrid
Aleksandrid (Roman for Alexander) – a popular medieval novel for Alexander ⅲ Macedonian. It occurs immediately after the death of Alexander; It is attributed to Pseudo-Kalisten, who in a fantastic way tells about the life and feats of Alexander the Great. Later versions translated from Greek in Latin, Armenian, Coptic and Syrian language are preserved. Many versions of various languages around the world have been made, and the oldest probably originated from Alexandria (ⅱ-and c. BC). Macedonian version of the Alexandrid from the second half of ⅹⅰⅹ c. It is contained in the “Slavic-Square General History” by F. M. Pulevski. In medieval Macedonian literature, as well as in other Slavic literature, an important place in the genre of novels occupies the novel known in the Slavistics with the title “Alexandrid”. In the medieval scholastic, new secular motifs in the cottage work, especially those with historical themes. The glorious Macedonian military leader gets the first place, for some of the reform of the Ritter manners, characteristic of the medieval feudal society, gives examples of the victories of Alexander the Great (365-323 BC). In the medieval novel, rich combat events and feats, mixed with fantastic insertions, with unusual and non-historical accessories, in order to attract the attention of the reader with unusual content. The basis of the novel is based on historical and literary sources, oral traditions and legends, whose traces lead to ⅱ-and c. BC In the South Slavic environment, the translation came across the end of ⅹ c., According to the pseudo-Kalister version, compiled in Greek. Alexy – Protosum, First Cetitor of the Small Church built in 1095 committed to St. Nicholas in the village. Monastery (Mariovo). He was a relative of the Emperor Alexy Comnen. Algological collection
Algological collection – a collection of algae in the form of HER-Barium, Native samples or permanent preparations, collected from various habitats in the Republic of Macedonia and the world. It contains more than 3,000 copies and over 8,000 diathomological preparations. The collection is kept at the Department of Algology at the Institute of Biology at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Skopje. St. K.
Ali-Chair.
Ali-Chair (Prilep) – Archaeological site, found in the construction of the city settlement Ali Cair. Protective probe (1968 and 1972) were detected ceramic vessels and other artifacts of a one-layer settlement, according to which time and cultural determination of the late Neolithic in the Pelagonija valley was performed. North of it about 100 m were found two marble plates with relief performances of the Roman goddesses Venus and Minerva. Ali-Pasha Janina
Ali-Pasha Janina (Teletellei, peppered) (1741 – 5. ⅱ 1822) – Ottoman feudal of Albanian origin, Pasha of Ioannina, and then an abroad of the Central Ottoman power and an independent ruler. After the faithful department of Sultan Selim ⅲ, they were independent and declared an independent ruler of Albania, Epirus and Morea (Peloponnese) (1803), and then expanded his power in Macedonia, Thessaly and Greece. Ali, Fahri (Fahri Ali) (Skopje, 9. 1948) – poet, essayist, critic, translator from the Turkish ethnic community. Finished secondary education. Worked as an editor in the Byrik newspaper at the NIP “Nova Makedonija”. He studied at the Faculty of Philology in Skopje. Since 1970 she begins to work as a journalist in the editorial office of “Birtlik” in Skopje. He was the editor of the Children’s magazines “Sevinich” and “Tonsuk” and editor of the literary magazine “Pesler”. He was president of the Cultural-artistic association “Orhan says” in Skopje. He is a member of the DPM (since 1978). The poet of e-Fahri Ali cynical questions and dilemmas of man and the world. Alish battle
An indish battle. (v. Alinci, Prilep 6. XI 1912) – battle between the Serbian and Ottoman army in the First Balkan War. It also participated in Macedonians as part of Serbian military units. Ottoman forces were forced to retreat through Crna Reka to Bitola. In the fighting, the Serbian army lost 1,378 soldiers, and the Turkish army about 500 troops. Aliu, Ali Ferik
Aliu, Ali Ferik (Ali Ferik Aliu) (v. Crani, Prespa, 1. ⅳ 1934) – essayist, critic, literature theorist, translator, professor, academician. He finished elementary school in Bitola, Teacher School in Skopje and graduated from the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade. He received his doctorate on the topic “The literary work of Petro Mark” at the University of Pristina. He worked as a journalist and editor in “Nova Makedonija”, as well as in the magazines “Young Fighter”, “Flaka” and “Yehona”. Since 1972 He is engaged as a lecturer and professor of subjects theory of literature and with-Ali Aliu temporary Albanian literature at the Faculty of Philology at Pristina University. He is a member of the canoe, MANU outside of the working composition, as well as the DPM (1975). It deals with literary criticism and essay and is one of the most prominent Albanian literary critics. He writes critical reviews of works by Macedonian, Balkan and world literature. Allochthonous-exotic types of trees and shrubs -. (cramp. Eccotikos – Strean, external) – Trees transmitted from other parts of the world (continents) to breed and be used outside of its natural areal. Unlike autochthons (domestic) species, the exotes in the new homeland do not grow a solar-adapted tree in Macedonia (Abies Conzolor Lindle.) NATO. Introduction of exotes in Macedonia, systematic and scientific basis, started after the Second World War, when wood species for economic and horticultural purposes were entered.
