Bozhinovski, Peter (Peco) Tashkov (Pseud. Koco) (Bitola, 15. ⅰ 1920 – Bitola, 1971) – Pornet and People’s Hero. As a worker became a member of the SCOY and the CPY (1941). After the fascist occupation he was a member of the MK Military Committee of the CPY in Bitola, a fighter of the Bitola NOOP “Pelister” (22. 1942), Bitola-Prespa NOO (6. 1942), Special courier at the main headquarters of New and Pom ( June 1943), Deputy political commissioner of the NOOO “Damjan Gruev” (ⅷ 1943), followed by Deputy Political Commissioner at the seventh Macedonian But Brigade (JunoCto 1944). The armed struggles twice was wounded. He was proclaimed for the folk hero of Yugoslavia (2 ⅷ 1952).
