Pelister – Part of the mountain grandmother located in the southeastern part of the Republic of Macedonia and occupies an area of 12,500 ha. It is especially attractive to the glacial lakes known as Pelister’s eyes, but the picturesque mountain rivers known for pure, clear and cold water. From the flora, the presence of Pentaglic Pole Molika is important – the auto-small lake of Pelister Honon Type with tertiary age, which grows only on several mountains on the Balkan Peninsula. The fauna encountered amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals, of which the bear, the sturd, and the chamet. The fish is important for the presence of endemic pelist trout. A. ST.
