Trade school – First vocational school in Macedonia, openly in Veles (1857) of the faculty educated Serbian teacher John Neskovic (finished philosophical and legal sciences in Pest). The school had two class; In the first, there were generally education objects (grammar, history, nature culture, commodity, arithmetic, German language, etc.), and in the second cases in the field of trade (trade accounts, bookkeeping, records, writings, etc.). The first year the school visited 40 students. It is considered the beginning of the (Pro) gymnasium education not only in Veles, but also in Macedonia. K. Camb.
