Tuya (Tuja L., Fam. Tspresceea) – The genus contains six evergreen types of trees from East Asia and North America. Featured with pyramidal habitus, scaly leaves, densely squeezed on splendated screens. The cones are small and wooden. In our country, as decorative species, they are grown: TX. Orientalysts L., Eastern Tuya from East Asia; TX. OCCIDENTALITIS L., Western Tuja from the eastern parts of North America; and thch.
