Bukovic – Secondary Mountain in Western Macedonia, located between the Kicevo valley in the south and the Polog Basin North, and between the Bistra Mountains west and good water to the east. It has a dinar direction of Brushing SZ – Yi. The highest peak is tape (1,528 m). The eastern part of Bukovic is separated as a special known under the name. Bukovic’s surface is 79 km². The geological composition formed Paleozoic shales in the floor, and through them, marmerized Triasian limestones, whose thickness is 200 – 300 m, and are strongly cultivated. Bukovic is a typical karst mountain, due to intense karstification, all karst forms are built: Surched, spares, strips, karst fields, caves, etc. Gjonovic Cave is one of the most attractive and longer caves in the Republic of Macedonia.
