Microflora of natural lakes in Macedonia. There are two types of natural lakes in Macedonia. The first type is the tectonic lakes with a large geological age (about 3 million years), the Ohid, Prespa and Dojran Lake, while the second type is geological youth glacial lakes incurred by melting the chairs, represented in the high mountain region (Mountain Sharanina, Jablanica, Pelister, Wet). From the diathomological point of view, these ecosystems are probably the most critical ecosystems in Macedonia. Geological old lakes in Macedonia are very different from floral and environmental aspect. The Ohrid and Prespa Lake are characterized by a relatively high degree of endemicity (17% of the total number of species of diathomes), whereby Prespa represents mesotrophic lake under stronger anthropogenic pressure, after which it differs from Ohrid as Oligotrophic Lake. The plankton communities of these lakes are with a small diversity of shapes (only several species are present, such as cspelfelt, C. Raulcellation, Dinobroza Baritezum, D. Stipatum, Microcstasist SPP, Anabena SPP. Dojran Lake is completely different, before Due to the different ecological situation, there are types of tolerant towards high trophicism, especially plankton’s blueprint algae (aqueous flower of MICRZORZZS ELABESS, M. Aeroginosa, Abunisomenon Glolesuae, Glativia Nathans), while the bentile communities are dominated by the diatomenic gender Nitzschia, nominator and Thalassyosis. The glacial lakes are characterized by the presence of Alpine, ultra-
