Wood species for processing in the Republic of Macedonia. The forest fund is composed of forest wood species, grouped into two basic groups: coniferous and leaves. The group of coniferous species comprise: domestic (autochthonous) and introduced (alochthonous) species. In the group of domestic coniferous species of economic significance, the Black Pine, White Pine, the fir and spruce, while in the group of introduced coniferous species, The group of domestic leaf types consists of the following more important economic species: the mesisal beech, oak gorun, oak flat, walnut, acacia, the yase, javor, chestnut, gauber, evil, poplar and the future.
