Agreement VMRO – Kosovo Albanian Committee (1921) – Agreement on joint action (20. 1921) signed in order to release Macedonia and build as an independent state in its economic and geographical boundaries, edited as Switzerland; To free the Albanian province of Kosovo and the Albanian area of Cummuria and to provide unification with Albania. The agreement was signed by Aleksandar Protogerov and Philip Atanasov (for Bulgarian committees), and Recep Mitrovica and Bedri Peans (for Albanian committees).
