Vasilida – Byzantine determination raised by Emperor Basil ⅱ on the road from Ohrid to Prespa, on Mount Petrino, on one rocky hill, which rises above the Petrin field. It was a very important Byzantine stronghold in the center of the former Samuel kingdom, with the task of controlling the Ohrid-Prespa area. Lit.: T.
