Total Quality Management (Total Ljuchase Management) – Management-philosophy of continuous quality improvement run by management, in order to meet consumer needs. Consumer reactions are the best measure and represent an indicator of product quality or service. If the quality is improved, the costs are expected to decline, which will more effectively meet the needs of the consumer. Representatives of the management of the total quality of it describe it and explained in different ways, such as: Continuing of Scientific Management; New paradigm of enterprises, consumer-oriented; Comprehensive way of improving the total operation of the enterprise; A new way of thinking management in the enterprise, or as a philosophy or approach of management, which is characterized by its principles, practice and techniques, such as creating a culture of the enterprise, as a comprehensive approach to continuous quality improvement that is driven by management etc. . The basic principles of total quality management are as follows: Quality, consumer, management involvement, participation of all employees, teamwork, training and culture. According to the essence of the management of the overall quality, the quality of products – services affect four groups of stitchers: consumers, managers, workers and suppliers. The application of the management of the total quality includes several techniques, such as: quality circles, benzchmarking, continuous improvement, authorization, supply from an external source and reduced duration of the cycle. The concept of the management of the total quality in our practice is gradually gaining in importance due to increased competition in the domestic market, the high level of foreign trade of the country and facing the fact of the low competitiveness of the Macedonian economy versus the processes of globalization and tapered competitive struggle on foreign markets.
