Mihajlovski, Miho (Kicevo, 1915 – Skopje, 2003) – electrophyechanic, a national hero of the NOB. Until the April war worked at the Zemun airport, then it returned to the hometown and joined the preparations for an armed uprising. He was a fighter of the first Macedonian-Kosovo Nawb. As the leader of a group of volunteers, he attacked the barracks in Kicevo (8. ⅳ 1943). As a deputy commander of the battalion, he participated in the February campaign (1944), in the spring offensive and in the final release of Kicevo, and was difficult wounded. He was proclaimed for the folk hero of Yugoslavia (1 ⅷ 1952). After the liberation, he performed significant duties in the JNA and the SVR. Lit.: Micho Mihajlovski.
