Monumental art – part of the artistic art that refers to the phenomena of space and shapes in it, such as architectural-artistic entities. In this context, the memorial complexes in Krushevo stand out (the monument of Ilinden and New, 1974 of J. Grabul and I. Grabul), Veles (Memorial of the Fallen Partisans, 1979/80 Project of S. Subotin and Lj. Demovovic, with mosaics of P. MASEV) and Kocani (monument of freedom, 1981, Project of R. R. R. Dzonovic, with Mozaics of Mr. Cemerski). The most striking is the destroyed fresco of B. Lazeski (New in Macedonia, 1956) in the former railway station in Skopje. Monuments or wall decorations of D. Todorovski, P. Hadji Boskov, B. Mitrikeski, D. Poposki, B. Krstevski, B. Koneski, B. Nikoloski, D. Condovski, S. Manevski, T. Siac, are performed with traditional or modernist concepts.
