Gymnasium of the ancient city of Stibera. The remains of the city are located close to the village of Chepigovo, Prilep. Archaeological excavations have discovered numerous marble plates with suitable texts and a number of names of effects (adult youth), Ephebras (elders of effects), gymnasiums (elders of the gymnasium), Archoni (mayors) and citizens, then statues and begits of gods , including the god Asklepiah, as well as reputable citizens, the foundations of various premises and palepeas (wrestling and exercise building). On the basis of this, the existence and activity of the Gymnasium in Stibera (50-224). The gymnasiums, from their appearance in Athens (ⅵ c. BC), had a long development path. From outdoor troubles, to the construction of large-sized buildings of Palestra (IV-ⅱ c. Water, saunas and other premises, and in yards and large stages.
