Adizes today is the president and professional director of the Adiza Barbara Institute, California (USA). As a top expert, he was a visiting professor at the prestigious universities in the United States (Stanford and Colombia) and Israel (Tel Aviv and the Hebrew University). In the early transitional years, ADIZES was an adviser to the Government of the Republic of Macedonia. His lectures on the challenges of the changes and dismissal of the conflicts that each year maintains them in the Economic Chamber of Macedonia and other institutions in the country cause a special interest among representatives of the business and academic community in the Republic of Macedonia. ADIZES, as a native of Skopje and a great friend of Macedonia, is often a guest and a lecturer in our country. He was elected for Professor Chondoris Casusa at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius “in Skopje (2005) and received for a member of the MANA outside the working composition (2009). Joseph Breda Joseph Breda (Josef Beard) is a full-time economics professor at the State University of Arizona, USA. He is a world-renowned economist, with an impressive number of papers in the field of international trade and economic problems of transition countries. His contribution to Macedonia is indisputable in the area of ​​intensifying co-operation between the American and Macedonian academic community, in the study of the economic problems of the Republic of Macedonia and proposing solutions for their overcoming. As a director of the International Program of the College of Business at Arizona State University, provided a number of Macedonian university teachers and associates in the United States. With their own papers dedicated to countries in transition and the Republic of Macedonia regularly performs at international conferences organized in our country. During 1996/97 was a visiting professor at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje, and in 2000. Consultant of the Ministry of Development of the Republic of Macedonia.
