Declaration of the First Government of Macedonia (25. ⅳ 1945) – The Presidium of the National Assembly (16. 1945) named the first government (from 9 ministers, two vice-presidents), under the presidency of Lazar Kolisevski, responsible before the National Assembly. The government published a Declaration on the Program and the priorities: Engaging all forces for the final release of Yugoslavia; Putting an end to the peaceful policy (the President of the Presidium Metodija Andonov-Cento) – the Macedonian people “first released the least victims”; Keeping the fraternity and unity, a hopeless calculation with chauvinists and nationalists.
