Clerical conference

A clerical conference (Skopje, 8-10. Ⅴ 1946) – a historical gathering with the participation of 128 priests from all over Macedonia. The conference made a resolution in which the church was required to have folk bishops and priesthood and self-government in resolving all internal church-folk issues, the people’s bishops will elect the people and the priesthood, to work on the formation of the Orthodox Church of Yugoslavia, in which All churches from the republics, on equal principles will be entered.
