Arsov, Ljupcho.

Arsov, Ljupco (Posses. Goce) (Stip, 1910 – Skopje, 18. Xi 1986) – Communist Deper, organizer of NOVM, fighter, reserve colonel of JNA, the national hero of Yugoslavia (1953), politician and statesman. He graduated from the commercial-economic school in Zagreb, and then he was a clerk in Belgrade and Valevo. As a member of the CPY (June 1940), he was instructor of the MK of the CPY in Valevo, and after returning to Stip (June 1941) he was one of the organizers of the NOVM; Member of the MK of the CPY in Stip (June – October 1941), member of the MK of the CPY in Bitola (October 1941), a member of the provisional PC of the CPY for Macedonia (June 1942) and a member of the GS of New and Pom (June 1942) . He was arrested and interned in Bulgaria (July 1942 – March 1943). After returning, he was a party secretary of the fourth district committee of the CPM (27. – 17. ⅷ 1943), political commissioner of the headquarters of the Fifth Operational Zone of New and Pom (27. – 17. ⅷ 1943), Party Secretary of the Fifth Area Committee of the CPM and the CC instructor of the CPM (May – August 1944), when he was co-operated for a member of the CPM CC. The first session of ASNOM was elected secretary of the Presidium of ASNOM. After the liberation, he was a member of the Politburo and the Executive Committee of the CPM CC, member of the CC of SKJ, Vice President and Minister of Finance in the first Government of DFM (16. 1945), Minister of Labor in the Federal Government (January 1948 – December 1953 ), President of the Executive Council of the Assembly of Macedonia (1953 – 25. ⅵ 1963), a member of Sis (1960-62), President of the National Assembly of Macedonia (1962-63), President of the RC of the SSRNM and the The Executive Council of Macedonia (1963-67), chairman of the Assembly of the People of Contraction of the SFRY (1967-69), Vice President of the CC of SSRNJ (1967-71), member (1974-79) and presidency of the presidency of the SRM (October 1979-82).
