Velestinlis, Rigas (Velestino, 1757 – Belgrade, 1798) – Grassified Vlach. He was Secretary of Alexandros Ipsilantis, the prince of the Vlach. He accepted the ideas of the French Revolution and in his works wrote about equality of the Balkan peoples, but, however, he gave the Greeks. He prepared a map of Greece, which, in fact, was a map of the Balkan semiosarov.
