Vela, HOUSE (village Care, Tetovo, 1926) – Teacher and political Deper, of Albanian origin. He graduated from a high school in Tetovo and Teacher School in Skopje. He was an education inspector in the Army Council for Education in Tetovo, and then MP in the Republic Council of the National Assembly of NRM (1950). S. Ml.
