The Battle of Vicho (1949) – one of the fiercest battles between DAG and the Greek Royal Army of Mount Vicho in the civil war in Greece. At 10. ⅷ 1949 The government’s well-armed army (80,000) attacked the positions of the ⅹ and XI division of DAG.
