Shirilov, Peter.

Shirilov, Peter (Gornicevo, Aegean Macedonia, 18. ⅴ 1934 Skopje, 5. ⅸ 1988) – short story writer, novelist, literary critic, publicist. Finished a secondary agricultural school. He studied at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje. He worked in Radio Skopje, then he was the editor in the newspaper “Trudgober”. Member of the Macedonian DPM since 1964. “Although criticism was not particularly inclined, P. Shirilov left unforgettable pages in Macedonian literature “- noted Mr. Staelev in the book in the last hundred years Macedonian Literature (Matica Makedonska, 1994).
