Second Thessaloniki District Congress of TMORO (Thessaloniki, 10-12) – one of the most significant district conventions in the period from the Ilinden Uprising to the Ril General Congress of the Revolutionary Organization. The uprising set up many serious issues that demanded the reassessment and reevaluation of the organization, goals and relations with neighbors and international factors, but also the program, strategy and tactics of further struggle. As early as 1903 and 1904 Various counseling and several district congresses are organized. In June 1905 The Congress of the Soluzka Revolutionary District is held. The danger of dividing the country is becoming more caution. As a preparation for TMORO’s forthcoming Rile, Thessaloniki was convened by a second District Congress, attended by one delegate from Thessaloniki, Kukyki, Dojran, Tikvesh, Gevgelija and Vodina Revolutionary Region, and instead of delegate Enydvardarci in writing in writing their opinion.
