Risteski, Stoyan (village Leshani, Ohrid, 2. ⅺ 1932) – Univ. Professor, cultural-national and linguistic-literary historian, philologist and publicist. After finishing philos. Faculty in Skopje, PhD at the University of Pristina and becomes a gymnasium professor, educational inspector in Ohrid and a professor of Mac. Language and literature at universities in Pristina and Nis and the Faculty of Tourism in Ohrid. Based on the research of the history of MAK. Written and literary language, literature, folklore, national-revolutionary history and culture, illuminating much less known profiles from our cultural-national past, publishes over 40 special monographs, documentaries and textbooks, as well as numerous articles in the daily and periodical stamp in Earth and abroad.
