Population policy – System of measures and activities, which affects the demographic processes, especially the components of natural (birth and mortality) and the mechanical movement of the population, for the purpose of achieving (in direction, intensity and structure) specific movement of the population of the population of One country or region, conforming with existing economic, social, political and other purposes. RM, in realistically, can be classified among states that do not have clearly established, conceived and consistently conducted population policy.
