Popovska-Stankovic, Ogdanka (Kumanovo, 1926) – Biologist. The primary school ended in the birthplace, and a gymnasium in Skopje. Studies at the Faculty of Philosophy (Group Biology) ended in 1952. Works as a teacher, that is, professor of biology (1950-1953). In 1960 It acquires the title of a senior expert associate and is employed at the Institute for Fisheries of SRM in Skopje. The doctoral dissertation defended it in 1965. In 1971 She was elected in a senior research associate, and in 1977 in a scientific adviser.
