Popovska-Stankovic, Ogdanka (Kumanovo, 1926) – Biologist. The primary school ended in the birthplace, and a gymnasium in Skopje. Studies at the Faculty of Philosophy (Group Biology) ended in 1952. Works as a teacher, that is, professor of biology (1950-1953). In 1960 It acquires the title of a senior expert associate and is employed at the Institute for Fisheries of SRM in Skopje. The doctoral dissertation defended it in 1965. In 1971 She was elected in a senior research associate, and in 1977 in a scientific adviser. From 1977 to 1983 He is director of the Natural History Museum in Skopje, and then retired. He published fifty scientific papers in the field of lynology and potagology. D. PR. Anka Popovska-Bottom
