Pop Kocev, Hristo (village Novo Selo, Stip, 5 and 1869 – Varna, Bulgaria, 30. ⅳ 1933) – Member of the TMORO and publicist. He was educated in Thessaloniki, in Belgrade and Sofia. Finished philology. He was a teacher in Constantinople, Orban, Stip and Thessaloniki. He was a member of the TMORO CC (1896-1897). After the Vinica affair (1897) convicted and amnesty (1902). He was a participant in the Thessaloniki Congress (1903), a member of the Central CC (1903-1904), director of the Gemsia in Stip (1916-1917), King of Skopje (1917-1918). In VMRO it was protogarist.
