Petrovska-Jovanovic, Simka Gjorgjieva (Skopje, 7. ⅺ 1948) – Full Professor (1997) of the PMF (Institute of Chemistry). She graduated (1972) of the PMF in Skopje, a Master’s degree (1977) of the Faculty of Technology, and PhD (1984) at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje. It performed instruction in inorganic and analytical chemistry for students of the RGF in Stip, after analytical chemistry for students Simka Petrovska-Jovanovic according to chemistry and interdisciplinary studies on environmental engineering. It maintains and postgraduate teaching in chromatographic methods for analysis, and in this area $ is also the scientific activity (previously dealing with interferometric kinetic determinations of traces and electrochemical analysis methods). He published over 40 scientific papers, and at scientific gatherings (primarily outside Macedonia) presented more than 80 announcements. He is the author of two university teachers and three school aids. She participated as head or participant, in 11 projects (one international). She was head of the Institute of Analytical Chemistry at the Institute of Chemistry at PMF.
