Ottoman progressive party

Ottoman Progressive Party (1910) – Party of Exarchaki and Suchoverary environments in Macedonia, replacement for the failed alliance of the Bulgarian constitutional clubs. The initiator Pancho Dorev published the program (in early April 1910). As a goal in the action, rapprochement with the Turks was set. Instead of autonomy and district, municipal self-government, school financing, measures for improvement in the economy and personal security and reliability reliability. In the summer of 1910 Authorities have disabled the activity, due to the connection with the Bulgarian government.
