Nice Young (J-ⅺ c.) – Artovdec, son of the famous Samuel nobleman Nicola. He commanded the first and most marvelous Separate Macedonian soldiers. After the death of John Vladislav (1018), when the agony of the Samuil’s Kingdom began, Skopje surrendered to the Byzantine Emperor Vasil and was honored with the title Protozpatter and strategist.
