Moscow agreement Stalin – Churchill for the Balkans (1944). On the first day of the visit of the British government delegation in Moscow (9. 1944) in the Kremlin, an agreement on the division of the Balkans in spheres for influence was reached: In Romania, the USSR 90%, and the United Kingdom and the United States 10%; In Greece, the United Kingdom and the United States 90%, and Russia 10%; In Bulgaria, the USSR 75%, and the United Kingdom and the United States 25%; In Yugoslavia and Hungary, both sides per 50%.
