Milos (ⅹⅳ c.) – Kepalia of Prilep at the time of King Volkashin. The Charter of King Volkashin, published in Skopje (1366), was signed as a mercy (executor, guarantor, witness) of the king. The Kefalia was the highest representative of the local government in the city and in the surrounding area, posed by the ruler. Lit.: S.
