Matovski, Nikola (Skopje, 22. ⅶ 1939) – University professor, lawyer. He graduated from a gymnasium (1957) and graduated from the Faculty of Law in his hometown (1961), where he was elected as an assistant on the case criminal procedural law with criminology (1964), then a lecturer (1969) for extraordinary (1979) and a full-time professor (1985). Master ‘s Degree at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb (1967), while he received his doctor at the Faculty of Law in Skopje on the topic “The role of the counsel in the criminal procedure” (1977). He was Dean of the Faculty of Law in Skopje (1985-1987) and president of the United Nations Association of the Republic of Macedonia (1991-2001).
