The main headquarters of ⅱ Revolutionary District (1903) – Supreme Military Policy Body of the Ilinden Uprising in ⅱ (Bitola) Revolutionary District, elected by the Smilevo Congress (2-7. Ⅴ 1903), in composition: Dame Gruev, Boris Sarafov and Anastas Lizanchev . Gorgi Pop Hristov, Petar Acev and Lazar Pop Trajkov were elected. The credentials of the GS were determined by the Vistrenial Disciplinary Constitution: to manage the uprising; to keep negotiations with strangers and with the enemy; to maintain ties with other districts and the outside world. For his actions, the GS responded to the Congress. The GS determined the day for the beginning of the uprising. The GS had its own seal, flag and company. GS issued several acts: transferring the credentials of the district committees on regional principles; Decision and reporting to the regional objects for the start of the uprising; Warning to the Directorate of the Eastern Railways for the safety of passengers; Memorandum to the governments of the great powers; Decision on termination of uprising actions and dissemination of GS (25. ⅻ 1903).
