Grivchev, Vasil (Alexandria, Egypt, 4 ⅲ 1922 – 4. ⅶ 1996) – Economist, UNIV. Professor and politician. He finished secondary economic school and worked as a bookkeeper in “Fever” A. D. Skopje (1940), and then at the carpet factory in Skopje. He was a member of the CPY (1941) and a participant in NOVM (1943). After the liberation, vice president of the Control Commission of the NRM, general director of the General Directorate for Nomali, Coal and Construction Industry of the NRM, Director General of the Directorate for Investments of the NRM, Advisor in the Executive Council of the SRM and vice president of the NBar Board in Skopje. He graduated and received his doctor at the Faculty of Law in Skopje in the field of financial law. He was elected assistant at the Faculty of Law in Skopje (1950), then an associate and full professor (1971) after finance and financial law of the SFRY, and a certain period taught and economic system, as well as foreign trade and customs law (from 1979/1980) . He was a professor and postgraduate studies at the economic faculties in Rijeka and Sarajevo and the Law Faculties in Zagreb, Warsaw, etc. The spaces of SFRY published the first scientific work for the financial law.
