Ginovski, Velimir Karazhov (Galichnik, 5. ⅱ 1912) – Economist, businessman, statesman. Upon completion of the Faculty of Economics in Skopje, specialized industrial policy in Vienna. The majority of the working life spent him as a businessman – Head of major industrial combines in Macedonia. First, he was assistant director of the Republic Institute for Economic Planning in Skopje (1950-1952), then appointed for the head of the economy in the municipality of Tetovo (1953-1954), General Manager of the Teteks Combine in Tetovo (1955-1960). According to the Secretary of the Industrial Chamber of Macedonia (1961- 1963), he became the Republic Secretary of the Economy in the Executive Council of SRM (1963-1965), and then the Assistant Federal Secretary of Finance in Belgrade (1965-1969). By retirement, he was General Director of Heck “Jugohrom” in Tetovo (1969-1984). For its successful work is the winner of senior awards and recognitions.Bl. R.
