Ginovska-Ilkovska, Vesna (Skopje, 2. ⅳ 1972) – opera singer, soprano, champion of the opera of the MNT. She graduated from the Faculty of Music (1994) in Skopje (Prof. M. Eftimova), and a master’s degree at the Belgrade Music Academy (Prof. R. Bacocevic). He debuted on the opera scene of MNT (1996) with the role of Mikaela in Opera Carmen. The same year is engaged as a permanent member of this music institution. It is the holder of several main roles: Leonora (Trubord), Floria Toska (Toska), Aida, Dona Leonora (power of fate), Cho-Cho-San (Madame Butterfly), Liu (Tenurand), Deskemona (Othello), Mimi (Boemes), Irena (K. Macedonian – King Samuil), Lydia (R. Avramovski – Lydia from Macedonia). She also performed at the concert podium, performing recitals of solo songs and vocationally works. It is an artist with rich voice material, dynamic and inspired artistic vision, vocal refinement, perfect intonation and clearly differentiated tonal. She visited in several European countries (Bulgaria, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovenia, Croatia, Denmark, Germany, Turkey, Italy, France). F. M.
