Georgov, Ivan (Veles, 17. 1862 – Sofia, 13. ⅷ 1936) – Univ. Professor, politician and translator. He completed his higher education in Vienna and he was a professor at the Sofia University, Head of the Department of History of Philosophy (1888-1934). He was a member of the VMC and the Macedonian Scientific Institute and President of the Charity Union. He translated from French and German in Bulgarian.
