General council of Macedonian societies in Switzerland (15th ⅻ 1918 – 1919). The Governments of the United States, Britain, France and Italy (11. 1919) were handed over a memorandum of the Macedonian issue. A copy of the Memorandum was sent to the International Conference of the Society of Peoples in Bern (5-12. Ⅲ 1919). The General Council appealed to the governments of the forces from the Peace Conference and the Macedonian people to be recognized the right to self-determination, to decide on its destiny, the right to whom vigorous human and material victims in decade battles. He appealed to recognize Macedonia’s speciality and to be able to create an independent Macedonian state, as a just and permanent solution to the Macedonian question. He warned of the consequences of any other decision, not only for the Macedonian people, but also for the Mi-Roth in the Balkans. The request for the creation of an independent state of Macedonia, Macedonia, set it at all more important international conferences in Europe.
