Galic, Risto (Skopje, 25. 1925 – Skopje, 1. ⅳ 1985) – Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Technical High School in Belgrade (1951), Master’s Degree at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje (1973) and Phculty at the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade Hittonian Faculty in a white city on the subject urban zoning. He dealt with urban and architectural design and scientific and research work and issued the textbook “Urban Zoning”. His activity to full expression after the catastrophic earthquake in Skopje (1963), on the preparation of the new urban plan of the City of Skopje. He was active in the field of publicist and published more articles in expert journals. He was director of the Institute for Urbanism (1960-1974). He was appointed member of the Executive Council of the Assembly of the SRM (1982) and the President of the Republican Committee for Urbanism and Protection of the environment. Significant projects: urban solutions for several settlements in Skopje: Madzari (1952 and 1962), Kisela Voda (1954), Gazi Baba (1955), Chair and Topaana (1958). He worked on the preparation of the Spatial Plan of the Eastern Macedonia region, the Spatial Plan of the Municipality of Veles, as well as the spatial plan of the SRM. Cr. T.
