First Balkan Social Democratic Conference (Belgrade, 7. ⅸ 1910) – a gathering of the Balkan Social Democratic Parties. The conference was occupied an attitude for action for creating a Balkan Federation on the basis of national equality and local self-government. The Macedonian delegate (in Macedonian language) condemned the interference of the great powers and the Balkan bourgeoisie.
