Drankov, Cyril (Lom, Bulgaria, 17. ⅳ 1902 – Sofia, 8. ⅵ 1946) – Member of VMRO. Son of Boris Dangov. He finished high school in Sofia, and as a student at the Faculty of Law at the University of Sofia, he was one of the founders of the Macedonian Student Society “Vardar”, one of the closest associates of IV. Mihailov, Punk chief of VMRO for Sofia and a reserve member of the Central Committee of VMRO (1932). At the time of the Bulgarian occupation of Macedonia (1941-1944) worked as a lawyer in Skopje, represented for autonomy of Macedonia. After the capitulation of Bulgaria, he returned to Sofia.
