Done, Ogist (Lois-Augast-Henry Dison) (1822-1891) – French literary historian and diplomat, researcher and translator of Macedonian epic folk songs in French. He was consul in Thessaloniki, Ioannina, Plovdiv and Bell-city. Special attention was paid to the heroic and combat songs, with an overview of the previous collectors and researchers of the folk art of the Southern Spaces. He took part in the dispute over the mystification of “Veda Slavic”, in her protection.
