Curobar, Per D. (Veles, 17. 1914 – Skopje, 2001) – Lawyer and Society. He was a member of the Macedonian progressive student movement and graduated from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade (1939). As a Pero D. participant Curobon NOB, was Secretary of the illegal NOO in Veles and a military prosecutor at the main headquarters of New and Pom. After the liberation, the first public prosecutor of Macedonia and assistant public prosecutor of Yugoslavia, secretary for legislation of the Executive with the Republic of NRM and Secretary of the Parliament of the NRM, Secretary of the Secretariat for the Organization of Power and the Government of the NRM and MP in the Republic Council of the assembly of the NRM. Was one of the founders and chairman of the Faculty of Law in Skopje, chairman of the University Council at the Skopje University, the first president of the Constitutional Court of Macedonia (1963 and 1970) and president of the Federal Court of Yugoslavia, vice president of the Union of the Lawyers of Lawyers Yugoslavia and chairman of the Union of the Lawyers of Macedonia. Was the editor-in-chief of the SP. “Legal thought.” It has a significant contribution to the development of the justice system in the DFM / NRM / SRM / RM. He was president of the Football Union of Macedonia and the Football Union of Yugoslavia.
