Christmas folk songs – songs singing on the Christian holiday Christmas. These are three festive days filled with many festivities, feasts and singing. The songs and customs are a continuation of previous customs and songs related to Christmas Eve. Moreover, the small god Christmas is mentioned in the collaps of the songs (today is Christmas, / tomorrow is Christmas or there is little God, / little God and Christmas). And in these songs we have all the features of the collapse songs – joy because of the rebirth of the sun and a desire for a fertile year, but are filled with more elements of the Christian religion.
