Ccrow, Boro

Mokron, Boro (Veles, 13. 1917 – Skopje, 30. 2005) – a lawyer, a member of the communist and student movement, political worker and publicist, first doctor of journalism in Macedonia. Activist of the SCOY and a member of the CPY (from 1939). Due to the experienced activities in KP and the SCOP was sent to the Interce camp – Ivanjica (Serbia). After the occupation he worked on the formation of cells of KP in Nitrogen, Veles, and in preparation of a partisan base. In 1942 was the secretary of the SCAY, from December 1942. By the end of 1943 He was in prison, and then in the internation. After returning from internment, in 1944. He became a political commissioner of the department “Trajce Petkanovski” and the eighth Veles Brigade. After the war he was MP (several mandates) in the Assembly of Macedonia. He dealt with the history of the press and journalism in Macedonia. He is the author of several articles and monographs.
