Carrot. (Dautsus Zarota L.) – Two-year-old plant from Fam. APIACEAE. In the first year he formed a hopeless root (consumatic part) and leaf rosetta, and in the second generate organs. It is grown due to the hopeful root. Food is very valued due to the high content of carotenoids, pectin materials, B-vitamins and mineral substances. It is used in various dishes and in the food industry. In our country is produced in sufficient quantities for their own needs. D. J. Maleshevska, Ovchepolia, Provadeska and Lesnevska.
