Blagoev, Borislav (Skopje, 1912 – Skopje, 23. ⅰ 2009) – University professor, lawyer. Primary education and high school finished in Skopje (1930), and the Faculty of Law in Belgrade (1936). He received his doctorate at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, on the topic “International regulation of labor relations” (1939). He was elected assistant on the Faculty of Agriculture Faculty in Skopje (1947), and then for assistant (1951) and for a full professor at the Faculty of Law in Skopje (1956). He taught labor law, statistics and history of law. The founder of the international labor law in Yugoslavia and founder of the labor law at the Faculty of Law in Skopje. He published a number of textbooks and scientific papers on labor relations and statistics (in Macedonian, Serbian, Slovenian and Albanian language). An acquaintance with Gjorce Petrov, Pavel Satev and Metodija Andonov-Cento. Elected as a member of the Legislative Commission at the Presidium of ASNOM (XI 1944) and for a social affairs officer. At the request of Metodija Andonov-Cento, he wrote the first expert paper in Macedonian language in the field of federalism (ⅻ 1944). He was Dean of the Legal (1953-1955) and Dean of the Faculty of Economics (1956-1960) in Skopje.
