Arsov, Todor Donchov

Arsov, Todor Donchov (Stip, 12. IX 1919 – Vinica, 21. ⅴ 1943) – Communist Dian, organizer and fighter of the NOB. He finished elementary school in his hometown, and a gymnasium in Vranje and Zajecar (1933/1934), where he was a member of the literary group “Jovan Jovelic” and became a member of the SC. As a student at the Faculty of Law at the Belgrade University, a participant was active in the student movement and a member of the CPY (September 1935), where he was headed and spent three months under investigation in the Prison Glavjcha (1935). After the exit was expelled in Stip, where he became a member of the renewed MK of the CPY. He was again arrested (April 1937) and after three months investigated in the prison in Veles and the Central Prison in Skopje, he was tried in Belgrade, and his sentence was served in the prison. The April war (1941) found himself to serving the military term in a self-unit in Ohrid, and after the rapid breakdown of the Royal Army returned to Stip and became a member of the renewed MK of the CPY (June 1941). Requesting employment, worked for some time as a lawyer trainee at the Skopje District Court (in mid-1942). Before the danger of being resolving his party activity, he was sheltered in Kyustendil, and then returned to Stip (20. ⅳ 1943). As a prominent NOB organizer, he was appointed political commissioner at the fourth operating zone of New and Pom. He died in conflict with the Bulgarian army and police as a political commissioner of the second crying (Stip) NOOO “Goce Delchev”.
