USAOY (united union of the anti-fascist youth of Yugoslavia) – a massive youth organization from the occupied Yugoslav region united at the First Congress of Anti-Fascist Youth (Bihac, 27-29. Ⅹⅰⅰ 1942). The goal was to create political unity and revolutionary awareness among young people in Yugoslavia. At the second congress (Pwar, 2-5. Ⅴ 1944), organizational is consolidated, and the third congress (Zagreb, 11-16) changed the name in the People’s youth of Yugoslavia. Macedonian officials took part only to the Third Congress. She studied Slavic philology and Macedonian language at the Moscow State University, and since 1957. In 2005 He defended the doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Philology at the Moscow State University in Moscow. Usikova is one of the most prominent students of prof. S. B. Bernstain, and the subject of her scientific activity is the Macedonian language. There is a special contribution in the analysis of the verb system of the Macedonian language. He is the author of several textbooks for the Macedonian language, as well as the first “Grammatics Macedonian Literaturo” (Moscow, 2003). There is great merit in the organization of Macedonian language teaching at the Moscow State University, and worked as a professor at the Faculty of Philology in Skopje. She was head and one of the authors of the project “Macedonian-Russian Dictionary” (Skopje, 1997).
